Equal parts Grenache and Mourvedre form the blend for
this red wine grown on the clay and limestone hills of the Domaine.
The Grenache provides the red fruit notes while the Mourvedre
lends the wine structure and complexity. In its youth, it is
fruity, refined and elegant.

It will accompany rare red meat dishes such as a
rib of beef. After a few years in the cellar it grows in
potency evolving towards earthy notes and
spices which are spread across a broad palate full of
velvet tannins. When mature it marries will with lamb
game birds.
