Terroir & Appellations
The Domaine du Paternel cultivates vines in three of the oldest registered designations of origin in Provence. The Santini family produces mainly whites in the Cassis AOC, rosés in the Côtes-de-Provence appellation and reds in the Bandol AOC.

Drawing from a wealth of knowledge and know-how passed on from previous generations, the family and their team’s respect for the terroir, as well as their desire to produce wines that are a faithful expression of the land, never cease to grow and evolve.

The Domaine du Paternel team is composed of dynamic and passionate individuals who demonstrate their commitment and loyalty every day. They work in harmony with the seasons, switching between the vineyard and the winery.
