Harvest 2025: First grapes picked on August 20th, 2025!

On August 20, 2025, the harvest officially began at Domaine du Paternel, between Cassis and Saint-Cyr-sur-Mer, marking the start of a promising new vintage.
As every year, the grapes are harvested exclusively by hand, in full respect of our terroirs and our commitment to precise, thoughtful viticulture.
We started this first day with the picking of Grenache grapes, which will go into crafting our rosés, renowned for their freshness and elegance. This was followed by the Marsanne harvest, destined for our white wines, known for their complexity and structure.
The vines, planted on terraced hillsides (restanques) and bathed in the Mediterranean climate, benefit from ideal conditions for optimal ripening. The estate team, reinforced for the occasion, begins work at the break of dawn to preserve the aromatic quality of the grapes.
The first cuvées of the 2025 vintage will be available at the beginning of 2026, directly from our tasting room, as well as through our partner wine shops and restaurants.
