Unusual Dinner at Domaine du Paternel with Emmanuel Perrodin and Maheva Angelman

On Sunday, July 6, 2025, Domaine du Paternel in Cassis was the setting for an unusual dinner combining haute cuisine, exceptional wines, and Mediterranean nature. In an intimate atmosphere amid the vineyards, the itinerant chef Emmanuel Perrodin, a committed figure in nomadic cuisine, cooked alongside Maheva Angelman, head chef of the Marseille restaurant La Bonne Mère, to offer a unique culinary experience.
This event is part of the Dîners Insolites series, a concept that highlights local heritage by pairing iconic locations with the creativity of passionate chefs. Together, Perrodin and Angelman presented a temporary menu, conceived as an ode to the Mediterranean: seafood, seasonal vegetables, and perfect pairings with the estate’s wines, notably its emblematic Cassis white.
Seated between the rows of vines, guests savored every bite in a stunning natural setting, accompanied by the sounds of the mistral wind and the golden light of the sunset. A timeless sensory escape celebrating the Provençal art of living, the terroir of Cassis, and the meeting of two talents from the Southern gastronomic scene.
