Esprit de Famille Rosé is the estate's first Côtes de Provence to be vinified and aged in ovoid tanks, to create a wine with greater body and aromatic complexity.
ORIGINS
Esprit de Famille rosé is made from parcels of our oldest Grenache and Cinsault vines.
The grape juice must be sufficiently rich and complex to merit vinification in eggs and ageing on lees. This method of winemaking has guided our choice of plot selections.
Terroir
Grenaches and Cinsaults come from vines planted in valley bottom soils, where the plant's root system draws its water and mineral supply from deep down.
